Stakeholders working to eliminate HIV-related stigma and discrimination in healthcare, education, workplace, community, and justice settings have collaborated to develop an online reporting dashboard to improve monitoring and evaluation for the enabling environment and human rights (EEHR) component of the HIV response in Jamaica.
A robust monitoring, evaluation, and learning framework to track more effectively, measure and report on progress around addressing issues faced by members of key and vulnerable populations is a major challenge in the HIV response. This dashboard increases access to information and report on progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs).
The EEHR Monitoring Dashboard uses a web-based system with central storage of the Operational Plan for enabling environment and human rights and showcases the Plan’s indicators and their dimensions, as well as other pieces of relevant data. The web-based system is a one-stop shop for all the EEHR Operational Plan monitoring and reporting needs in Jamaica.
The dashboard was developed under the Jamaica Partnership to Eliminate All Forms of HIV-Related Stigma and Discrimination which focuses on ensuring coordination, coherence, and accountability among stakeholders to bolster efforts to end HIV-related stigma and discrimination. Its work contributes to reducing legal, policy, socio-cultural, political, socioeconomic, gender-based, and other barriers in healthcare, education, workplaces, justice, and community settings that impact on efforts to achieve the 95-95-95 and 10-10-10 targets, and end AIDS by 2030
The dashboard is a user-friendly and logically designed management system to carry out strategic monitoring, analysis and decision making aligned to performance under the EEHR Operational Plan and offers the following features:
